Download  a short description of the basic SNNS functions.   The SNNS package was developed for UNIX systems, but there is also a version of SNNS for Win95/NT. Tutorial about SNNS is located at: UserManual.html
 

To obtain a usable version you need to install several packages:

• XWin32 X11 server  from http://www.starnet.com/docs/xwin32.html  This is a demo version of a commercial program with two hour limit per session
• SNNS Win95 binaries from ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/pub/SNNS/SNNSv4.1-Win32/SNNSv4.1-win32-full.zip

Once you unpack everything in place start XWin32, then run snns.bat.
